Becca's room

Large room for rent (13’8“ x 11’6“) with own bathroom right outside room door and ceiling fan with lights in the room. The room can be partially furnished if you want (there is a queen bed in the photos for an idea of how large the room is) or all the current furniture can be removed. However, the wall decor will be removed prior to your move-in as it belongs to the previous tenant. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit and dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen. I also have an Instapot and toaster oven for use if you’d like.

This is a quiet, family friendly complex with the pool, tennis courts and large fitness center just a 5 minute walk from the front door, included in rent.

There are guest parking spots available very close to the house and are on a first come first serve basis. The rent includes room with your own full bathroom and shared living, kitchen, dining, back porch and front porch use. There is also a wood burning fireplace during the few cold weeks we have here in Florida. Utilities are split by tenants with your half usually no more than 150 per month, but dependant on usage. This includes water, sewer, trash, internet and electricity.

I am a teacher who works full time and lives a quiet lifestyle. I’m kind and respectful and like to keep the house tidy.

As I have lived here for some time I have decor and furniture around, but would be open to changing some of these things if you would like to personalize the space or have other furniture.

This is a lovely area with three parks within walking and a short driving distance away. The complex is pet friendly and there is currently one dog in the home, but she will only be there a short while after you move in (she is my daughters so I’m temporarily looking after her). She is kennel trained, bathed weekly and under all prevention for fleas, ticks and worms. She will only be in the common area when I’m home, otherwise she will be in my room.
