I am a single retired architect, love gardening, music and cooking. Very respectful to others space. Non smoker and no drama. I prefer someone who is handy around light work around the house and gardening to help me with small stuff once in a while.

I’m looking to find a roommate who are non smoker, respectful to others space, work outside the house (a traveling nurse, a nurse, student, government employee, flight intended, pilot, etc) for a month to month, 3 month or 6 months rent and if we work good together for long term lease.
