Will have shared access to kitchen and deck/patio space, along with W/D access and dedicated parking space. 1st month rent and pro-rated monthly rent required to move in. Will not require security deposit. Looking for working professionals or someone with common lifestyle. No pets. Must be non-smokers. Male roommates preferred but open to female roommates. Must have verifiable income and rental references.
