Street parking only, but there’s plenty. House in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores.
Contract month by month.
On move-in date: 1st and last month of rent + $500 deposit (deposit returned by the end of the contract, considering the conditions of the room).
House rules:
- No smoking on property.
- One person per room only.
