2 bed 1 bath (905 sq. ft) apartment at Renew Apartments. We are searching for a third roommate to occupy the third bedroom, which was originally a living room that has been converted into a private bedroom. The lease will commence on August 14th, and the rent is set at $570

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities:

• Apartment is a 2 min walk from the bus stop (route 31 which is very frequent, every 20 min).Very close to Campus - 10-15 mins by bus, 10 mins by bus to Downtown. Yay! 🙌
• The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, stove, and oven.
• A laundry unit is in the adjacent building.
• It’s close to Walmart, males, farmer’s market, and Hadley (10 mins by car). 👉 Hot water and central heating are included, which is a plus.

We are 2 MSCS grad students. As your flatmates, we are respectful, tidy, and laid-back, and we’re looking for someone who shares those same qualities. We love to cook, watch movies, and explore the city, and we would be happy to share our hobbies and interests with you.
