About the room
2 private hardwood floor rooms +1 private bathroom in a house in a quiet subdivision near Swift Cantrell Park. Easy access to I-75 and Cobb Parkway.
The house has a full kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
The two rooms are a package deal. One room could be used as a bedroom and other as living room/office/den. Both rooms get lots of light, and each has its own closet.
No couples, kids, or pets.
Rent $1000/month + split of utilities (~$100-125/person/month), including high-speed internet (Xfinity).
About the roomies
Current residents include a couple (myself and my partner), a guy friend of ours, and a cat.
I work full-time for a local nonprofit. My partner works for an NGO. Our friend works in IT. Our cat is an adorable free-loader.
We’re adult professionals and would like to find the same for a roommate but would also be willing to consider a student. We occasionally have a friend or two over, but we don’t have parties.
