Carmel Country Road

I’m looking for someone to take my place on the lease in this 2-bed 2-bath apartment in Carmel Valley. You would get your own bedroom with a private bathroom directly across the hall, and live with one roommate. The lease would start anytime between now and July 1 (your choice) and last until December 31, after which it would be month-to-month.

Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, dishwasher, and a reserved parking spot. It’s part of a beautiful gated community that also has a pool/spa, gym, and community area that are open to residents. It’s conveniently located 10 minutes from the beach and walking distance from Del Mar Highlands, Sky Deck, and One Paseo. The complex doesn’t allow smoking or pets.

My roommate works in social media marketing and works from home, so she would strongly prefer someone with a 9-5 job outside of the house. She is a very fun person, and would love to be friends with her roommate and do fun things together around San Diego! She enjoys working out, hiking, and going to the beach. At home, she is very quiet and clean, keeps a relatively early schedule, and is proactive about looking after things around the apartment, e.g. taking action if something needs to be fixed or cleaned.
