This unit is in a great location! Very safe and family friendly neighborhood. There is garage parking, a small back yard which is followed by a basketball court. Unit includes free WiFi/Internet! There is a full kitchen with new flooring and bathroom is getting retiled! Access to basement for storage and has wash and dryer hook ups.

I live in the lower unit with my two roommates we will share a yard, garage and basement. My roommates and I are very friendly and wish to be friends with the tenant who moves in above us. We are all into the arts and love to explore. we also tend to stay fairly quiet.
