This unit is in a great location! Very safe and family friendly neighborhood. There is driveway and street parking. There is a small back yard which is followed by a basketball court. Unit includes free WiFi/Internet! There is a full kitchen with new flooring and bathroom is getting retiled before move in! Access to basement for storage and has wash and dryer hook ups.

I live in the lower unit with my two other roommates. We are very friendly and would love to be friends with anyone who rents the upstairs unit. We are all into various types of art and love to explore. We also tend to be pretty quiet. The only space that we share with this unit is the basement, entryway, driveway and yard.
