NO CATS OR DOGS, as there is already 2 dogs in the home. One dog is a 2 year old Mini Golden Doodle. The second is a 7 month old Mini Golden Doodle. The 7 month old puppy is already pretty well trained as she is watching her big sister and learning pretty quick.

Beautiful spacious room with attached shared bathroom. Within the last year there is new flooring, baseboards, and a mirrored closet door to make getting ready for the day simple.

This is a very laid back home with two other occupants currently, Brock (Home owner) 35 and Sierra 22 upstairs. You must be clean and responsible. The kitchen was recently fully renovated and as long as you clean up after yourself you have full access. Living room has a 75 inch TV as well as a power reclining theater couch. The whole house has a recently installed alkaline water system, so no more having to buy water bottles! Brand new windows have also just been installed to keep the house cool in the summers. The home is located near the 76 and College in Oceanside. The neighborhood is very safe with Guajome park right down the street. There is a mini golden doodle in the home so no other pets will be allowed. Utilities are split between everyone and generally about $100.

This is for a 3 month lease switching month to month after. Willing to consider longer if good candidate. To qualify you must have proof of a 650 or above credit score. There will be a security deposit upon move in equal to one months rent ($875). Room is available for move in January 1st.

We are all very active and enjoy going to the gym. We also enjoy watching movies and or shows together in the living room from time to time.
