The available room is a master bedroom which includes a full bath and large walk-in closet (layout and dimensions of apartment included in photos; the available room is the larger one). The room is plenty large for either one person or a couple.

Large living room space, washer and dryer, and balcony. Kitchen with plentiful storage, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, garbage disposal and abundant pantry space. Dining room area next to the kitchen. All appliances and heat/AC are electric. Building is new and well-insulated, so heating bills don’t get super high in the winter.

Access to a gym, pool, game room, outdoor and indoor lounges, outdoor grills, and theater room at the neighboring apartment complex. Free parking throughout the complex with a large lot.

Walking distance to several restaurants and bars, plus a few thrift stores, a Japanese grocery, and a couple of nice walking trails.

My name is Iliana, and I will be moving out of the apartment in August, so I am seeking someone to take my place on the lease. My roommate, Queen, will be staying on the lease until its end (in July 2024), so she would be your roommate if you moved into my room! She is from Nigeria, is in her mid-20s and works at Nationwide. She enjoys cooking, watching TV, hanging out with her family and friends, going to church, and listening to music. Though she mostly keeps to herself, she has been a good roommate to me for the past several months–she is clean, friendly and responsible.
