About the room
This UPSTAIRS UNFURNISHED room is 120 square feet, with a south facing window, a large double sliding door closet and hardwood floors. The private bathroom has a bathtub and a window. It is located in Colonial Heights near U C Davis Medical Center, Sac State College, City College, McGeorge University and downtown Sacramento. There is a large back yard with a comfortable patio and a nice front porch.
Rent is $800 per month plus a share in utilities. There is an $800 security deposit. First month’s rent and security deposit are necessary for move-in (no exceptions). Street parking does not require a permit. There is NO Extra Storage available. Renter is welcome to document the condition of the room with a description and photos.
About the roomies
I am a music teacher and artist. One housemate is a retired film production manager and drives for Uber. The other housemate works for Incredible Pets. This is a quiet home. We are all independent and very busy with our individual projects.
