Upstairs private room comes with a QUEEN-sized bed, two nightstands and a dresser. The room has two spacious closets. You will have your private en-suite bathroom with a newly renovated tile shower. You will share the household with 3-4 other roommates and have full access to the furnished kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, lanai, and backyard. Perfect room for students or working professionals!

The house also includes plenty of outdoor space to relax and lounge, including a covered lanai and spacious backyard with a patio dining area where you sit and eat, do work or study.

House is conveniently located in Orlando, where you will be within 10-30mins driving distance of all major attractions (Disney, Amway Center), Downtown, Baldwin Park, MCO airport, College Park, Winter Park, UCF, restaurants, shops, universities and hospitals.
