How’s it going yall! I live in a community called Silverado in Aubrey Tx. I’m looking to rent out my front bed room and bathroom (shared with house guests). The price is 950$/mo. utilities and neighborhood amenities included. I’m a 24yo Firefighter/Paramedic so I will be gone for a good amount of 24-48 hour periods at a time out of the month. Some of the amenities here include a community pool, basketball/pickleball courts, pergola with nightlights hosting community events with food trucks and outdoor concerts, walking trails/parks and many ponds to fish. There is also the local winery Fortunata just right down the street. This room includes a double door/spacious closet and a view of the small greenbelt directly In front of the property. I’m a PC gamer so you already know the internet is good >:) I do have a Pitboss we can grill/smoke on. I also have some free-weights + bench/squat rack in the garage. Pets are negotiable! Open to males or females.
