Located in the Carters Mill subdivision. 4 bedroom home with 3 finished levels. 3400 square ft of finished space. This home features hardwood floors, updated & upgraded carpet, granite kitchen counters, back splash, stainless steel appliances, built in breakfast table, large master bedroom with attached master bath and large walk in closet, 2nd floor laundry, large bedrooms with plenty of closet space. My favorite is the finished lower level with a movie theater area with an 85 inch TV. Also a workout area with a treadmill, dumbbells, bench and another smaller TV mounted to the wall if you like workout videos. There’s also a door for easy access to the backyard from the lower level. Overall it’s a pretty safe and quiet neighborhood. The front and back of the house is equipped with security cameras. I also get full bar reception with my phone here.

What’s included in your rent:

• you’ll get the furnished master bedroom with a king size bed, nightstands, 2 dressers, attached master bath and large walk in closet. There’s also a TV mounted to the wall with a streaming device to access any types of shows or movies you watch. Every other TV in the house is also equipped with this. Aside from that you have complete access to the entire house accept my office area which is in one of the other bedrooms. If you need an office area for yourself, there’s another guest room to accommodate that for you so you’d essentially get two rooms.

• Depending on the size of your vehicle there would be another spot in the garage for you. If your vehicle is a bit larger; there’s plenty of room in the driveway so you don’t need to park on the street.

• High speed internet, electric, water, sewer and lawn care is all taken care of by me so you don’t need to worry about any of those items.

• I won’t allow more than 1 roommate so you don’t have to worry about sharing the house with someone else other than me.

• Basic necessities you’d need in a kitchen. Plenty of space in the cupboards, pantry and fridge. Aside from the kitchen, plenty of space for any other storage you might need.

I’m 42; but come off as a lot younger to most. It’s most likely due to the energy I saved over the years from not having kids. I moved here in 2020 from Wisconsin for my career.

I’m a flight dispatcher for an airline based in this area. I work a rotating schedule of 5 days on and 3 days off if I don’t pick up overtime. I’m primarily a 3rd shift worker which is 9:30pm-6:30am. Typically go to sleep at 8 a.m. and wake up to start my day at 3 pm. If I have more than 3 days off in a row I typically go back home to Wisconsin during that time to visit family and friends. While I love gaming and binge-watching shows at home, I also do what I can to get out of the house to mingle with society by playing golf, doing CrossFit or grabbing dinner and drinks at my favorite restaurants.

Overall I’m pretty laid back and chill as long as you do your part which is basically pay on time, keep the noise to a respectful level at certain times of the day and of course cleanliness.

I prefer to live with a female because that’s what I’ve been used to over the years and the few times I’ve lived with a male it hasn’t been a good experience.
