Available starting June 15, this inviting space offers more than just four walls and a ceiling. Your monthly rent includes ALL utilities along with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. A deposit is required upon signing.

My partner and I are young professionals in our mid 30s. We have the room on the top floor. When not working we enjoy cooking, and playing video games and watching anime. Our other roomate, is an artist in his 40s. Everyone keeps to themselves mostly and stays out of each others business. We barely notice each other except crossing paths in the kitchen occasionally. We are all laid back, clean, and respectful. We’re proud to cultivate a home that respects and welcomes all. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and 420 friendly, but kindly note, cigarette smoking is not permitted.
