Private rooms for rent in a shared house. Available for immediate move-in. Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished, as desired. Rooms are currently furnished with a full beds, a dresser or shelves, a nightstand, and a TV (as seen in photos). Both rooms share a bathroom, and have full access to a communal kitchen, laundry, living room and backyard.

The rental rate for both bedrooms is $700 a month.
Month-to-month rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and designated parking in a quiet neighborhood. (2-month minimum stay). UPDATE: Only one of the private rooms is still available! Also, the previously listed master bedroom has now been rented and is no longer available.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in Maitland, placing it extremely close to downtown Orlando for an easy 10-minute commute. Orlando’s universities (UCF, Full Sail) are also only 15-30 minutes away. World famous theme parks are 30 minutes away. This is a perfect spot for any young professional or student!

Since this is a shared house, respect and privacy are paramount. No drugs, rehab or indoor smoking. Looking for quiet working professionals and students. Myself and my partner, Ashley, own and live in the house, although I am currently working in Colorado for the next 4 months (so you will largely be in contact with Ashley until I return).

A full background check is required before move-in. First and last month’s rent is required at move in. The first month’s rent can also be pro-rated depending on your move-in date.

My partner Ashley and I just purchased a home together and are looking for a few housemates to share it with! We are both professionals in the natural resources/environmental science field. We are easy going and generally get along with most people. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, strolling, road-tripping, traveling, and philosophizing. We are pretty big fans of sci-fi movies and shows, but also enjoy the gambit of other genres too. I would say we generally keep to ourselves (in fact I work field jobs out of state about half the time), but also enjoy getting to know new people too. Well, I think that’s it.
