Renting two separate rooms with they own private attached bathroom in a beautiful upscale two bedroom two bathroom 1,704sqft on the 11th floor (elevator) in a luxury secured building. Each room has a full/queen bed, dresser, closet, 32“ TV, linens, towels, etc. The entire apartment is furnished including two electric reclining loveseat in the living room. And a side room with desk and loveseat that folds out into a full size bed. Kitchen is required with stainless steel gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with water and ice in the door, Kuerig, blender, toaster, press and pans, and utensils. Stacked front load steam washer and dryer in the apartment. Central heat/air conditioning. The trash shoot is right near the apartment (so convenient). Rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Fitness center in the building. Parking garage attached via enclosed walking bridge.

Note: Monthly rent is per room and includes all utilities, Internet. Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and Apple on the TVs. Two travel nurses from Canada have rented the rooms until March 25, 2024. Will be personally cleaned and available April 1st.
