Share 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom scenic twin home located on golf course. Share with the owner, a retired man who uses downstairs master suite. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms & third now used as office & workout room, your own bathroom; all rooms are furnished. Front bedroom, with view of Heber Valley, has queen bed, and wall closet; the other bedroom, with golf course and mountain view, has twin beds & walk-in closet. Parking includes garage space. Amenities included.

The owner likes his solitude, (however is sociable), quiet, daily exercise routine, hikes,swims,skis, listens to music, watches very little TV, however does have Netflix and Amazon prime. Extended visits to family in San Diego; looking for trustworthy, clean organized person. No smoking or pets (especially cats because of allergies).
