North Izard Lane

The apartment is situated a walking distance from the bus stop for the University of Arkansas, and has up to date appliances in the kitchen. It also has a balcony! With this apartment complex you get access to a pool and golf course, along with some walking trails inside the complex. The roomies are me, my cat, and my roommate Melissa! I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns, and I have a medical card so any other smoking is okay with me, but I am also respectful with my own smoking and make sure my roommates will not smell anything. Both me and Melissa make sure the common areas stay clean and would like that to continue to be the trend but outside of cleanliness and liking/tolerating cats there are no other requirements for living here!
