Hillview Road

I am renting out 1 room in my 3 bedroom house. House is located on a cul-de-sac which is very quiet and in an absolutely beautiful area in the San Bernardino Mountains. I am below crestline which is roughly 6 miles up hwy 18 (maybe 8 minutes up) the neighborhood is very unique, quiet, walks are stunning with streams hiking available. Neighborhood is upscale and most of the homes are new (2003) of San Bernardino with a nice Panoramic view of the mountains. Only 8.2 miles away from CSUSB. Kitchen is big and modern with a landscaped yard. House is clean and kept up you will have your own restroom which will be right next to your room but will share when guests or kids arrive..

I am kind and easy to get along with. I am a bit of a homebody so when I am not working I am home BUT I hang in my room which leaves the living/great room open to you.
