This house is located in safe, quiet neighborhood, close to Portland (3 mins to I-95/295, 7 mins to Portland Downtown, to Maine Med and all colleges/universities. We are looking for someone who are clean, responsible, respectful of others (Employed, college students… are all welcome). Renter’s insurance is required. Dryer/washer set is free and available in basement. This house also has large yard and deck for summer months. First and last month rent is required plus a security deposit of $600. Minimum 6-month lease.
About the roomies
