Wellesley Court

We’re looking for a third roomate to sign on. If you decide to sign you would be getting two mid sized bedrooms and the hall bathroom to yourself (full bath). We also have our own laundry, a decently sized kitchen with butcher block counters, a small backyard, and a big living room. We are less than 5 minutes by foot from a Foodlion have a bus stop right behind the apartment and there is a walking/biking path to campus. The listing says it would be available on August 16th but it would likely be sooner because my current roomate plans on leaving before then, he just doesn’t know when exactly yet.

We are both staying here for the next year, I’m finishing my 6th year after switching majors and the other is working on her masters. We are both pretty relaxed, prefer to keep a clean apartment, and are pretty considerate of the other roomates.
