Roommate Needs

• Prefer non-alcohol centered individuals • I Intend to volunteer at a shelter to adopt a cat, but I am open to the possibility of a roommate with a friendly cat or small dog • Per the lease agreement, the yard is to be maintained by the tenants. A roommate’s contribution to yard work is definitely needed and much appreciated. Fair contribution to cleaning and house maintenance is also expected.
