South Robinson Street

Hello! This is a 2 bed, 1 bath top floor apartment in a four apartment complex. It’s a Fan building, so it has a lot of character. You would get the unfurnished room shown in the photos.

It’s a small little place, but I haven’t had any issues with feeling overcrowded. It’s a great location, right by multiple bus stops (20, 77, and only a mile from the Pulse and 50, which you can reach by catching the 20), Carytown, a mile from VCU, a mile from Broad street, and surrounded by coffee shops, bars, and cafes. There’s also a washer and dryer in unit, so no laundromat trips!!

I’m very quiet, chill, and keep to myself. I’m at work from 8-6 during the weekdays, and am usually bebopping around on the weekends.

I expect a roommate to have similar cleanliness standards as myself, which for the most part is common sense cleaning. I’ve never had to resort to a chore chart, just clean up after yourself and things as they reasonably need to be done and we’re good.

No smoking inside of any kind. No weed, no vapes, no cigarettes. What you do on the porch is your own business though 🙂
