About the room
The roommate would have their own unfurnished room and bathroom plus 1 parking spot in garage/driveway. $600+ shared utilities (all: ~$130 each). Sorry, no additional pets allowed at this time!
The duplex (3Bed/2full bath) is otherwise fully furnished, has a 2 car garage, private driveway, all necessary appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.), an unfenced backyard, plenty of storage space and a large basement (the basement is the dog’s room when I am at the hospital).
15min drive from Penn State Hershey/PSUCOM and downtown Harrisburg with easy access to 283. There is a GIANT 5min away and Target/Walmart within 10-15min
About the roomies
The roommate would be sharing the duplex with me, my significant other and my two boxer dogs. A bit about us: I am a medical student at PSUCOM so I am very busy working in the hospital most days. My significant other works at a restaurant in Gettysburg and does photography/videography. Despite our busy schedules, we try to keep the common areas clean and vacuum floors regularly to keep up with pet hair. We are both social, but lifestyle is typically quiet due to often working in the evenings. I have 2 boxer dogs (5 and 2 years old) that are very people friendly and great for stress relief!
The ideal candidate would be another young professional that is clean, quiet, pays bills on time, and loves dogs.
