TWO rooms for rent in a condo in the Ives Estates / North Miami Beach area

BEDROOM #1: FURNISHED with a queen size bed (including bedding), two nightstands, a standing room lamp, a table lamp, and a closet. There’s also a closet with shelves in the room. $850/mo. Utilities included in rent. $2550 to move in.

BEDROOM #2: UNFURNISHED $750/mo. Has a closet. Utilities included in rent. $2250 to move in.

UNIT DETAILS: • Shared bathroom with tub/shower • On the ground floor - no stairs • Private entrance • Screened-in porch • Free in-unit washer & dryer • Newly remodeled kitchen • Fully furnished living room and kitchen, including kitchen supplies and towels

NEIGHBORHOOD DETAILS: • Safe residential neighborhood & gated community • 20 minutes to downtown Ft. Lauderdale • 30 minutes to downtown Miami • 15 minutes to the beach! • Two swimming pools

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: • HOA application required - $100 admin fee. • Background and credit check will be performed. Must have no violent or drug-related criminal record, and no prior evictions. • Will need 1st, last, and security deposit to move in. • Income must be 3 x rent • Landlord will require proof of income (paystubs, bank statements) • Rent is due on the 1st. Landlord may apply late fees if received after the first. • Lease term is month-to-month, no set end date

ABOUT ME: I’m very clean, quiet, and respectful. I work from home, and I don’t mind if you work from home too, as long as you’re not super loud.

I love art projects, wine nights, dancing, reading, going to fests, being outside, food, exploring new places, chatting, shopping, art galleries/fairs, and house music. Non-smoker.

I have two older Maltipoo dogs. They are hypoallergenic, don’t shed, and aren’t yappy or destructive.

No more pets allowed in the unit.

Peace, coziness, openness, respect, good communication, thoughtfulness, a quiet environment (or good music!), a genuine desire to be good to each other as roommates, and a willingness to do our part to help out, are all things I bring to the environment and things I desire in return.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR IN A ROOMMATE:

Must be CLEAN, respectful, a NON-smoker, and financially responsible.

I’d like a roommate who can be social and friendly, but also respectful of private time and personal space. I like home to be a comfortable place. Having friends and visiting guests over occasionally is totally cool, but parties and having your significant other stay over constantly is not.

Must genuinely LOVE dogs! One of them will want to be your best friend and snuggle with you all the time (the other one is 16, so she mostly sleeps).
