MJ's room

Posting on here because I am moving out of a townhouse shared with two lovely ladies and a wacky golden doodle! I am hoping to find someone who is willing to move to the Morristown area, near Hanover and take over my lease.

A little bit about the place, it is a townhouse community, a very cute and quiet place to live. Our unit comes with a garage spot, no fee included which we rotate. The rent is $900. We have a large living/dining room area and a good sized kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the unit. There are three bedrooms on the upper level, where one room is the master that comes with a bathroom. I currently occupy one room and share a bathroom with another roommate.

A little bit about the lease. I currently started working in NYC and need to live closer due to my hours and commute. I would be looking to move out by the start of July so I’m hoping to find someone during this month.

The two roommates are absolutely lovely ladies. They are both super easy going and easy to hang out with. They’re both clean and very respectable about boundaries within the shared space of the townhouse. The golden doodle is an absolute joy and delight, and will surely put on a smile on your face.
