About the room
Small room with tv, wifi, large closet twin beds and shared bath with one other person/grest location/close to all in town. Easy walk/hike to downtown, Elkhorn Ave about a block from the home, trolley stop a few blocks away. Walk along the river on Elkhorn Ave to town, home is on west end of Elkhorn Drive, quiet setting and you can bike/walk to Safeway easily for grociers or to Village Shopping Center, Longs Peak views from deck, trolley stop just short walk, large deck with views and wildlife. Room is available summer months. send me a message to ask about dates you are interested in, available mid July and August presently, nice set up for someone hiking the national park, possibly retired, etc., home is secluded sitting on 3 acres but close to everything in town and about a mile from Safeway and Village Shopping center. one person only in the room. Nice set up for quiet mountain getaway from the city or if working in Estes and need temporary housing………… Available July 15 thru end of August presently.
