*very near Shenandoah University, Rt 81, and old town Winchester! This is an unfurnished room in a beautiful 1930s remodeled house. As mentioned, it’s very near Shenandoah University and everything! We’re quiet and clean, very respectful roommates. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry are shared, and there is an awesome back yard with beautiful patio for relaxing during the warmer months, and there’s a fire pit for use in cooler months. I’m very flexible with the lease-month to month is just fine-I just ask for a minimum of 3 months.

I am a quiet but fun-loving 50 yr old career driven person. I work as a federal contractor and work from home much of the time. I have one other room for rent and my adult nephew lives here as well. We’re dog & cat friendly but don’t let that concern you. We’re extremely clean and considerate, and go to bed sorta early for work every weekday. I love to stay busy - I garden/work around the house and Right now I’m remodeling a separate garage into a cottage. 😁
