The property is a 3-bedroom house that has been transformed into 2 sections. The second and larger portion of the house consists of 2 full bedrooms, one of which is available for rent. The spacious backyard leads to the private entrance of the property which includes a fully furnished living room with a 65-inch smart tv and reclining couches, a kitchen stocked with appliances and a dishwasher, and a large double-sink bathroom. The room for rent includes a built-in closet, shared access to all spaces mentioned, access to on-property laundry, and keys to the community pool/spa.

The space will be shared with one full-time university student. I’m a 21-year-old Persian pursuing my B.S. in business at CSUF. I am very tidy and quiet, looking for a reliable roommate with a stable routine/income. I currently share this space with 2 roommates who are moving away for university and am open to living with all ages, genders, or couples. I spend the majority of my time studying, working, or quietly playing video games.
