Plenty of parking space, looking for quiet, clean , friendly, respectful working roommates drugs and drama free. ( I will Prefer female roommate). Washer and dryer in the house available for use between hours of 7am to 7pm. Smoking is NOT permitted in the house, no guests allowed or sleep over. Tenants are more than welcome to smoke outside.
