Kazan Street

I’m renting out an unfurnished room in my condo located near Walnut/Jeffrey in Irvine. The room itself is fairly small, with sizable closet & a big window for plenty of morning light. The bathroom is in the hallway, with its own toilet but a shower shared with me. You will have free reign of the common areas: kitchen, living room, patio, & laundry room. I moved here recently, so the common areas don’t have much furniture but I plan to add some over time.

The neighborhood is a typical Irvine neighborhood: clean, and well-polished. It’s location is very convenient, it’s right off the 5 and near several major shopping centers in Irvine. Within a 5 minute drive you can get to:

• 5 grocery stores including 99 Ranch, Trader Joes, Ralphs, Albertsons, & Smart & Final
• 10+ mom and pop restaurants including A&J, Mokkoji, Ameci Pizza, Thai Cafe, Shik Do Rak KBBQ
• 10+ boba shops
• Heritage Park
• The 5 & The 133 for easy access to all OC

No electric or utility bills as long use is semi-reasonable. No restrictions on cooking. I don’t mind if you work overnights or in the day, or if you work from home. Overnight guests are allowed time to time but with a cap on number of days. No pets are allowed and no illegal drugs

I’m 28 years old, and spend most of my week busy at work. I work from home about half the time but go into the office the other half. Also I travel for work a lot too, so you may have the place to yourself about 25% of the time. I am really into the gym, I love hiking, going to the beach, meeting up with some friends, exploring all around OC & LA. I rate my cleanliness 8.5/10, things stay organized in the week and deep clean on weekends, so I value that in a roommate. I tend to lean towards the introvert side
