Centrally located to the entire valley. Large two sink bathroom that will be easy to share if another roommate shows up. Walking distance to great hiking/biking at South Mountain.

Currently just me and occasionally my boyfriend. Both of us rarely there. Quiet non partying professionals. Friendly and welcoming and respectful. Mutual respect and consideration is the priority. Very tidy with a regular cleaning service keeping the place clean.
