Hello, I’m renting a private room in my 2 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor. I’m a 25 year old female looking to share my apartment with another FEMALE only. Looking for someone responsible and must have a full time job. the room is a good size not too small big enough for a queen bed/ night stand/vanity has a closet and window the kitchen will be shared for light cooking you get fridge and cabinet space use of the stove and microwave. Your bathroom is located right next to the room I have a half bathroom in my room so we will only share the bathtub. Apartment is located near shopping centers grocery store and laundromat are right on the corner.

Room is currently occupied but will be will be unfurnished and ready February 1st!

Asking $900/month utilities included! Only first and last months rent

Total $1,800 to move in
