William's room

I have a furnished bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser, a mirror closer, a chair, two lamps, and a wall mounted TV near Merriman and Palmer. There is a media/office with another TV, table, Iron with board, color printer, and office supplies. There is a washer and dryer on site and there is plenty of parking space in the driveway or on the street. The back yard has a 6ft privacy fence is perfect for meditation or just quiet time. The over all feeling is PEACE & QUIET. The current tenant will be moving be moving out soon. I’ll have the room cleaned and bedding washed near the end of March. Person in Room A has been there for 5 months. He is a foreign student working on his masters. He stays to himself. The house A/C doesn’t work well but there an A/C in your room that gets very cold. I must say this place is quiet 90% of the time. There are NO parties allowed. NO. Illegal drugs allowed. NO random ppl allowed. NO people spending the night every night and acting like they aren’t living there. SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY. You also must have your OWN transportation so ad not to beg roomates for rides.

I’ve worked at an automotive plant in Saline Michigan for 11 years and have been at this residence for 10 months. It originally was supposed to be an AirBnB but business was slow. There is a male tenant student(27) that is quiet and rarely comes out. He been the perfect roomate.
