This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in Terrytown about a 10 min drive to the CBD and surrounding neighborhoods. It’s in a family-friendly neighborhood with driveway access and street parking available. This house is equipped with ADT security as well as keyless entry to the front door and fingerprint scanning doorknobs to your personal room. Currently I am the only one living here but I would be open to have another roommate as well as this would lower rent cost too. My name is Morale. I’m 25 years old and got out of the military a little less than a year ago and am currently back in school finishing my undergrad in Music Industry Studies. I also teach music lessons privately and perform as a working musician in the city frequently. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing at home and watching sports, catching up on tv shows/movies, and listening to music.
