It also includes a newly renovated full bathroom, a cozy furnished living room, outdoor patio in fenced backyard, and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and portable stove top. A laundry room is onsite as well. Utilities such as electric, gas, central air and heat, high speed internet/Wifi access, and pest control are all included. Only two blocks away from Lake Peachtree, take a walk, ride a bike, or rent a golf cart on your day off and explore the 100 miles of beautiful nature trails and parks. There are many great restaurants in the area and other attractions nearby include The Avenue, Braellin Village Shopping Center, and the Peachtree City Library. This apartment can be rented furnished or partially furnished and will always make for a comfortable stay.

There are 4 of us living in the main house, myself, my mother, my daughter and her girlfriend. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner working from home and I care for my mother. We live in a beautiful neighborhood, 2 blocks from Lake Peachtree. We live a quiet life and enjoy golf cart rides, shopping and great food. Our small dog, Chihuahua and Yorkie mix is a great addition and we love all the wildlife around our house, resident birds of all types, including hummingbirds, chipmunks, squirrels and 2 bunnies that have decided to hang around our yard. We also have families of deer who live in Peachtree City, they are protected here, so they roam freely.
