Dudley Street

We are looking for 1 roommate or a couple in their 20s to move into a private room in a 2 bedroom row home on 5th and Dudley in South Philly. The house is newly renovated, has Central AC, a finished basement, laundry and washer, and a backyard patio. We are moving in on August 1st, but we can discuss moving in earlier if necessary

The house is the owned by Liz’s parents, rather than through a management company. The house will be fully furnished by the time you move in. The lease would be for one year, but we plan on living in the house for many years.

We are looking for 1-2 roommates of any gender who are reliable, considerate, will keep common areas clean, and are easy to communicate with. We are out friendly, love playing board games and hosting the occasional get together too! We do not smoke and would prefer someone who doesn’t either.

Monthly rent is $1980 a month, split 3 ways would be $660 and 4 ways would be $495. If interested, please reach out to me, I’m happy to chat if you have any questions (or want to talk about history).

My name is Matt Gale (M, 25, he/him) I am a recent graduate of Temple University and have been living in South Philadelphia for the past three years.
