One roommate wanted to share a spacious 2200 sq ft home on a large lot with two other gentlemen. Situated in the best location in town, the house is near College Ave and Swallow Rd. in the Meadowlark subdivision near the CSU Veterinary Hospital. It is on a cul de sac for safe, easy parking. It is also directly on the Mason trail for an easy bike ride to campus or Old Town, and next to the Swallow Max station for those colder days. It’s also a short walk to the Foothills Mall, Maxline Brewery, and many other attractions in Midtown Fort Collins.

I recently renovated the interior of the property and plan to paint the exterior this summer. The bedroom has new paint, hardwood floors, closet, lighting, hardware, blinds, etc and the bathroom (shared with only one other roommate) is new as well!

There is an option to rent an office for an additional $450/mo that would be perfect for a work-from-home office, den, game room, art studio, storage, or whatever you can imagine. Everything is new in there as well, except for the carpet. Sorry, it cannot be used as a bedroom and we are only looking for one other roommate.

The house is furnished, the bedroom and office up for rent are not. There is no need to bring furniture, dishes, small appliances, or other household items, other than what you plan to keep in your private areas. Laundry facilities are inside the house.

Utilities are divided evenly by the number of occupants (three, including you). These include water, electricity, gas, internet, and trash. The average monthly per-person cost for utilities over the last twelve months was just under $130.

I, the homeowner, am a 41 year old male Software Engineer who works for the Forest Service. The other gentleman residing in the house is a 32 year old graduate of the CSU Psychology program with a career in the Air Force. We both are avid runners, bikers, hikers, and enjoy many types of outdoor activities. You would also be sharing the property with a flock of friendly fowl (chickens - free eggs!), and two lovable (and high-energy) puppies! We love dogs, so one well behaved dog who doesn’t eat chickens and gets along with the other dogs may be acceptable. Sorry, no cats, as I am allergic.
