The house is a very close commute to Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Midtown, and South Beach and only 15 minutes to Miami beach!

We are seeking a roommate (no couples) that is easy-going, quiet, and that wants a comfortable home to unwind in. At this time, we are not accepting anyone who works from home. Currently, we have one cat living in the house and we are open to having another cat, no dogs at this time. 420 friendly home and all smoking is done outside.

A little about us: You would be sharing the home with myself and my amazing partner of 3+ years. We are quiet, spend most of our time outside and enjoy having friends over from time to time for dinner or a game of darts. Towards the end of the night, you may find us watching something funny on Netflix. I’m a 44 year old male, an artist and craftsman. I own a jewelry making school in North Miami and I also bartend from time to time. My partner, is 33 years old and she is a health coach and personal chef. She provides unique services on how to eat your way towards a healthy and disease preventing lifestyle. She uses the kitchen frequently, but please don’t be discouraged! She is open to sharing it. Our motto in this home is “No Drama Lama!” as we are easy going and strive to have good communication with all of our relations.
