Curtis's room

Currently looking for some one to rent a private bedroom with your own bathroom. It would be available from 8/14/23-8/14/24. It is right by a bus stop so it is easy to get to and from class. All utilities included except Power and Wifi which is on average $60 a month. Our old roommates bed and dresser is currently still in the room and he is willing to sell them. There is an in unit washer and dryer. Shared living room and kitchen. Let me know if you have any other questions.

We are two students at VT, a BIT and a Physics major. We are busy often so the apartment tends to be pretty quiet and a good enviornment to get work done in. We like playing video games and sports. Looking for someone to help keep the place clean.
