-Livermore is about 20 minutes away. ( If you go through Patterson pass or Corral Hallow Rd instead of 580 could be even more closer). -Easy to access to Manteca, Lathrop, Stockton and Modesto. -San Francisco and Sacremento are also not too far. -Yosemite is about little over 2 hours away.

• Most important, DO NOT spill any liquid on the real hardwood floor ( they are very expensive real hardwood imported from Holland)
• Single occupancy only. tenant is allowed one visitor upon approval.
• Be respectful of quiet hours ( 10pm-7am) and noise level, especially for tenants who are working the night shift or those who are working remotely and may be in conference calls during the day. Coming and going quietly please.
• We do not allow smokers, excessive drinking, pets or parties.
