There are two individual leases available so you can bring a roommate of your choice but the third roommate is assigned by the Verge. Each room will come with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, spacious kitchen and living area. The complex provides a gym, arcade, computer lab with a printer, new outdoor grills and picnic tables, free coffee and snacks, regular free food events and gift card giveaways, internet, cable, bike racks, free parking sticker and plenty of visitor parking for guests. Great location within walkable distance of UNCA (the complex has a shuttle to campus) and Montford park, ten minute or less drive to downtown and the river arts district.
