I live in a 2 bdrm 2 ba apartment downstairs in Antelope/Sacramento. It has a large private bedroom (10x10) and private bath in a gated community so your safe. You have your own full size refrigerator, Washer/Dryer is in unit and own covered parking space. Rent $950.00/Deposit $250.00 includes(Smud, PGE, Water, Trash, Sewage). WiFi free for fast streaming. You will have full access to gym, 2 pools, jacuzzi. It is located near Walmart, Winco, Starbucks, Panda, two parks..etc.. It is fairly quiet. I welcome month to month to see how it works out before you are tied to a lease long term. Over night guests on case by case bases as I have had issues before meaning folks wanting to stay, and/or creating unbearable drama to household and neighbors. My job is to maintain a tranquil home after a hard days work for everyone. No drugs, no smoking, no 420 friendly permitted on the property it is a rule any and all smokers must do it outside property gates. I don’t care if you drink as long as you are responsible I do not babysit adults. I prefer no smoking as it impacts me. Please let me know if this works for you as I am looking to fill asap. Must past background check, proof of employment, and three references.

I am a professional mature female individual that telecommutes and I am oncall in the field so I work a lot of hours. I keep busy in my room so you are pretty alone. I do not mind socializing on occasion but after being stuck working at home I am mostly out with friends or catching up on my sleep.
