Two (2) private, unfurnished^ rooms available in a renovated 5bed/2bath house. Shared hall bath. Available immediately.

• Rooms can be shared b/t two people (see comment below about couples), or rented individually. ^ A few pieces are furniture are also available for use, if needed.^

Located in an upscale area of Escondido, this space is tranquil, clean, orderly, and healthy. Walking distance to Fran’s Original Farmstand, but there are many fruit trees on the property that can be picked and enjoyed immediately. Horse ranches are located nearby, as well as the Safari Park, so while it feels like country-living, there is easy mall/freeway access, with big-box retailers only a few miles away.

Each room: $1250/month, incl. utilities.

Room 1:

Shared kitchen space with high-end appliances. Reverse osmosis spigot in the kitchen sink. Plenty of storage cabinets for kitchen items and food. Shared on-site laundry, with a stackable washer/dryer. Back patio seating w/ a charcoal grill. Some storage available. Month-to-month terms.

• Couples considered on a case-by-case basis. If a couple would like to occupy both rooms (one to sleep in and the other to chill in), then considerations can be negotiated. Otherwise, I am looking for two people, one to occupy each room - no more than 4 people in the 5-bedroom home. *

Mature people only, as you will be sharing the home with a woman in her 40s and a man in his 60s. No parties. No smoking, of any kind, inside. No pets. Working professionals only, that are predominantly employed outside the home.

Income verification, rental history, credit, and background check will be required by the homeowners. About them: the couple and their children live down the street. They have access to the garage, and to a separate, enclosed area on the side of the house, so driveway parking is limited to loading/unloading, as needed. Yet, there is more-than-enough private, gated parking in front of the home. No charging port is available in that lot, so if you have an electric car, please discuss and we’ll see how to accommodate.

Deposit of one month’s rent ($1250) due prior to moving in - cashier’s check only.

The 5 bedroom house will be shared with a woman in her 40s, and a man in his 60s. They are early to bed and early to rise.
