This is a private home and the hosts will be staying in the space throughout the visit. You are staying in a friendly and peaceful home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
This is a vegetarian household. We welcome everyone irrespective of dietary preferences and will appreciate it if cross contamination is avoided in the kitchen. Guests have a full use of the dishwasher, utensils, and silverware. A private refrigerator is located in your room for storage of meat products.
★Dog Friendly★ We have a friendly dog who will be present throughout the visit. We welcome other dogs, only if they are dog-friendly, crate-trained, and house-trained. Vaccination records are required prior to arrival in order to ensure the safety of both of our dogs. A $300 refundable pet deposit is required, but will be returned if no damages occur.
