Hello, this is a 1,200 sq ft apartment with a large living room, bedroom, den, and balcony with a partial ocean view. I will be moving to a den and will be renting my bedroom fully furnished. Bathroom will be shared with me. Room will be fully furnished with a bed, walk in closet, a bedside table, and full body mirror. Electricity and wifi bills will be split in two. I have two cats who are friendly and sleep most of the time. Open to short term or long term rentals. Plenty of street parking available. Five minutes from Terranea resort. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a lot of hiking trails.

I am studying for CPA from home, but I am very quiet. I will be moving to a den will make sure to give you your privacy. I am looking for a roommate who will respect my place and space. Keep it quiet and clean, and pay rent on time. I am looking for a roomate who likes cat or at least does not dislike them. Minimum stay 3 months.
