I’m a female artist working from home. Studio share for a female roommate. Sleeping upstairs in the twin space bed loft. Full kitchen and shower. All utilities are included+ basic cable and WiFi. Exercise pool and jacuzzi. Mountain Views, Fengshui pond and patio with flowers and yard trees. Close to shopping, restaurants and best in town French coffee shop. Close to Malibu best beaches and hiking trails. Surfer’s and nature lovers paradise. No pets and no parties. I have a friendly loving but protective terrier, she doesn’t like other dogs in her space.weekly $350 +$70 cleaning fee.
