Hello everyone! My name is Abdullah, and I’m an MD from Turkey currently working towards a residency program in the US. The other roommate is my trusted friend from medical school, who is also on the path to securing a residency program. I have a room available for rent in a comfortable apartment located on Dayton Ave in Clifton.

Ideally, I am seeking roommates from the medical field, just like me, but I am open to welcoming individuals from other backgrounds as well. Diversity is always appreciated!

The house has been newly renovated, there is a brand new wooden floor and brand new marble floor on the floor and around the bathroom. Also, the house is painted, deeply cleaned, and is especially a must-see if you prioritize a clean and new environment.

The room offers the following amenities: -High-speed WiFi -Central AC -Twin-sized bed, table, chair, nightstand, and carpet for your comfort -2 large windows and much sunshine

Shared spaces within the apartment include: -Fully equipped kitchen -Neat and tidy bathroom

Convenience is key, and this house certainly offers it! Located near a vibrant shopping area, as depicted in the picture taken from a window, you’ll find various amenities within 1-minute walk. The shopping area hosts a supermarket, dollar store, laundromat, Dunkin’, and Subway, all less than a minute away on foot. Moreover, Clifton’s renowned cafes such as Borek King (2 min walking) and Cafe Bubamara (2 min walking) and are within easy reach. Additionally, it’s only a 10-minute walk to catch the NYC bus, providing seamless access to the city.

Here are some details to consider: -The monthly rent is $1000, and the security deposit is 1.5 times the rent ($1500). Rest assured, there are no broker fees or move-in fees. -To ensure a peaceful living environment, we kindly request no couples, pets, smoking, or drugs. -At least a 6-month stay is required, although it could be 4 months for travel nurses.
